Aging, Statements, and VAT Reports

Review customer and supplier balances, due-date aging, and operational input/output VAT.

Receivables aging
Aging report with current, 30, 60, 90, older, and total receivable buckets
Aging uses due dates and current outstanding balances for the selected report context.
  • Aging receivables groups outstanding customer amounts by how long they are past due.
  • Customer and supplier statements show chronological debit, credit, and running balance.
  • VAT separates eligible output and input tax by source and tax code.

Use the report date, due date, and document date deliberately; they answer different questions. Open every unexpected source and check credits, payment allocations, reversals, tax codes, exemptions, and locked-period corrections.

Exported reports are operational evidence, not statutory returns. Review VAT treatment and period cut-off with the responsible accountant. See VAT reporting boundary.
