Prepare, Sign, Submit, and Reconcile Outbound eFaktura
Send an eligible published sales invoice and monitor its authoritative UJP status.
Open an eligible published sales invoice and prepare its outbound eFaktura record.
Validate recipient identity, document kind, dates, currency, payment type, lines, tax codes, exemptions, and totals.
Submit once, then synchronize status rather than creating a duplicate attempt.
Review accepted, rejected, failed, awaiting-signature, or other synchronized states and follow the required action.
Correct validation errors before signing. For a rejected or failed document, read the UJP response and follow the supported retry or correction flow; do not reuse a signature after payload changes. A local invoice's Published status is different from UJP acceptance.
Prospect records preparation, signing, submission, synchronization, and reconciliation history. UJP remains authoritative for receipt and final processing.
